Study on pseudo gap formation in Cu-oxides at high temperatures

Various experimental data to clarify the origins and the meanings of the two characteristic temperatures which appear in the phase diagram are presented. The understanding of the data provides a natural physical picture how the superconductivity occurs. The `stripe order' suppresses the singlet formation or even fluctuating `stripes' suppress the pseudo gap.
