Abstract
The lattice parameters, the NMR frequencies and the magnetoelectric potentials were observed for Fe3O4 single crystals in the temperature range around 12 K. It is suggested that the characteristic time constant τ = ερ crosses over 101-103 s in this temperature region and the pyroelectrically induced giant electric field introduces various effects including the rearrangement of ferroelectric domains.
