The purpose of this research is to establish sterilization method and preservation method for long time of hybrid material. Hybrid material was freeze dried and hybrid material was sterilized by four methods.The sterilization methods are autoclave, dry heat, ethylene oxide gas(EOG), and hydrogen peroxide gas plasma.We evaluate sterilization to compare structural change before and after the sterilization by microscopic observation.In autoclave and dry heat, hybrid materials were change color and transformation by heat.In these results, EOG sterilization is most suitable method of the hybrid material.Next, It is planed evaluate this sterilization method by cell culturing and animal experiment.
