Abstract
The processing of powder hot forging to producing high thermal aluminium composite have been studied, as well as the strength and wear stability of SiC particulate reinforced Al-Fe-V-Si heat resistant aluminium. It is found by the study that the strength and wear stability of the composite are improved by SiC particulate. The composite is slightly tribodeformed below 250°C, but urgently tribodeformed on 300°C as wear mechanism changed.
