Abstract

Making use of the Ginzburg-Landau equation, we have investigated structure of magnetic flux in nano-scaled superconductors (SC) that is composed of s-wave and d-wave SCs. For a square d-wave SC in the s-wave SC matrix, half flux quantum vortices appear at four corners of the square and are ordered antiferromagnetically.
