Structure and magnetic properties of iron films deposited at oblique incidence

    Abstract

    The structure and the magnetic properties of iron films deposited at oblique incidence are investigated by means of Rutherford back scattering technique, electron microscopy and magnetic measurement. It is found that there is a fair amount of Fe3O4 in the film and it affects the magnetic properties of the film.
