Abstract
A study is carried out to demonstrate that in the case of one-dimensional physics, Raman scattering from one carbon nanotube can independently provide its complete (n, m) structural information. Making (n, m) SWNT assignments with the Raman technique can result in a major advance for future SWNTs studies.
