Abstract
Powders were synthesized by the oxidant-peroxo method (OPM) to obtain dense ceramics of lead zirconate titanate (PZT). The electrical properties were measured at 25 to 450° at different frequencies. Scanning electronic microscopy equipped with x-ray energy dispersive spectrometer was used to observe microstructures for chemical analysis. It was analyzed that tetragonal structure was found in sintered bodies and the apparent densities calculated 90%-94% of the theoretical density.
