Stabilities of 67Ga- and 111in-labeled transferrin In Vitro

We attempted to develop a stable radiolabeled transferrin (Tf) useful in experimental studies related to Tf receptor. 67Ga and 111In were used as labeling radioisotopes. The results from gel chromatography, dialysis, and electrophoresis showed that 111 In-DTPA-Tf was the most stable among the radiolabeled Tfs examined in the present study. 111 In-DTPA-Tf was also the most stable radiolabeled transferrin in the blood.
