Abstract
The spin-splitting-zero conditions gμ = 2n + 1(n = 0, 1, 2,...), where g is the spin-splitting g-factor and μ the effective mass, make nodes in the amplitude of de Haas - van Alphen oscillations. Angle dependent magnetic torque studies on the organic conductor α-(BEDT-TTF)2KHg(SCN)4 determined the spin-splitting-zero angles in each magnetic phase. The angle shifts at the phase boundary, which demonstrates the change of gμ. This observation is discussed with the reports of the change of μ at the phase boundary and the magnetic field dependence of g.
