Single Crystal growth of soluble organic semiconductor controlled by liquid crystal solvents under electric field

Abstract

To increase the mobility of organic semiconductors, it is necessary to form a single crystal whose crystal orientation is controlled uniformly. In this paper, orientation control of single crystal of the organic semiconductors in a liquid crystal solvent was reported, where the liquid crystal was aligned by the electric field.
