Sensorless driving method of permanent magnet synchronous motors based on neural networks

Abstract

Sensorless driving method of permanent magnet synchronous motors based on neural network was presented. An analytical model of a brushless DC motor with a permanent magnet sinusoidal fluxexcitation was also presented. Results showed that the proposed estimation method is working well and the speed is also controlled very exactly.
