Abstract
The saturation magnetizations of Fe and Ni layers of 0.2-2.0 nm in thickness, with using (Fe/Ni)/Cu multilayers were examined experimentally and theoretically. Due to multilayered structures and continuous Fe and Ni layers, the saturation magnetizations of the ultra-thin Fe and Ni layers were measured more precisely. Further, the saturation magnetizations measured at liquid-He temperature were compared to calculated values.
