Robot Technologies for Human-Robot Cooperation Systems in Ubiquitous Age

Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

Abstract

In this paper, we illustrate the validity of robot technologies, which have been developed through the development of a robot and its control system, and introduce the robot technologies for human robot cooperation systems referred to as Robot Partners (MR Helper, DR Helper, and MS DanceR). By using robot technologies for Robot Partners, we develop RT Systems, which are walking support system referred to as Walking Helper and power assisted cycle. RT systems are intelligent systems embedded Robot Technologies (RT). Walking Helper and power assisted cycle developed based on robot technologies for Robot Partners have high performances compared with conventional systems. When these robot technologies are embedded in most of applications as ubiquitous robot technologies and real technologies, and connect to the network system in our daily lives, RT systems could be utilized effectively at any time from any place by anyone as real world applications in ubiquitous age.
