RF permeability of the fiber structure in ferromagnetic metal/oxide films deposited by co-evaporation

Abstract

Magnetically soft films with metal/oxide composition fabricated by co-evaporation have a peculiar fiber nanostructure. The frequency profiles of permeability and very high resistivity that are quite different features from those of the conventional granular films were verified to be directly correlated with this structure.
