    Abstract

The ultra structure and mechanical properties inside the natural(no-pretreatment)hair could not be observed so far in the same time. We used an atomic force microscope (AFM) to examine the ultra structural components using techniques of force modulation. As a results The mechanical properties with structural features were became clear.
