Abstract

The developments done on the gas-phase flow and diffusion analysis of the droplet-train/flow-reactor technique, used in mass accommodation process was presented. Revised computational fluid dynamics (CFD) calculations in the wall-fixed coordinates were presented. It was shown that caution needs to be taken ne establish the relation between the kinetic definition and the microscopic definition. It was also shown that the microscopic definition, in principle can be measured by molecular-beam scattering experiment or molecular dynamics simulation.
