Abstract

In the present paper, group theoretical analysis was carried out for the insulating phase Nd2BaCu3Oz (Nd213). Raman spectra were collected for different polarization geometry using bulk sample and micro setup. The polarization analysis of Raman active lattice modes was performed and the origin of additional mode in oxygen-deficient samples was discussed.
