Abstract
The interaction mediated by charge fluctuations in a highly correlated narrow band is considered as the pairing interaction in the high Tc oxide superconductors. The calculation using the Eliashberg equation shows that the interaction can cause superconductivity with high Tc and also the weak isotope effect of Tc through the charge fluctuations coupled with phonons.
