Abstract
The leachability of Cs from calcined zeolites saturated with Cs (CsA and CsX) decreased between 900 and 1100 degree C by the recrystallization of pollucite and nepheline. The leachability of Sr decreased above 1000 degree C by the recrystallization of SrAl//2Si//2O//8. The leaching rates of Cs and Sr in distilled water and artificial sea water were calculated. Leaching rates decreased with time. Ion exchange capacity was measured.
