Abstract
The sol-gel method is applied to the synthesis of Pb (Zr 0.5Ti 0.5) O 3 particles with various post treatments. After the reaction of Pb(OAc) z, Zr(OBu) 4 and Ti(OEt) 4 in ethanol solvent at 73°C over different reaction times, complex alkoxide is subjected to ammonia water and acetonitrile as a cosolvent at various water concentrations. The selection of reaction conditions enables the production of highly monodispersive particles with an average diameter less than 100 nm.
