Abstract
An electrochemical technique was applied to reduce the insulating as-grown Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4+δ samples. We succeeded in preparing the superconducting sample with Tc ∼ 15 K for the first time. We identified several reactions in the electrochemical reduction processes using cyclic voltammetry measurements. The superconducting properties of samples treated under different electrochemical conditions are reported.
