Preparation and magnetic phase transition of FerHir/FE multilayered thin films

In this study, an attempt was made to reduce the intensity of magnetic field required for the magnetic phase transition of FeRh (Ir) alloy films, by introducing multilayer structure composed of FeRh (Ir) and Fe layers. The magnetic polarization of films was evaluated from VSM measurements. Further, film structures were examined by using XRD.
