Abstract
A potentiometric immunosensor has been developed by the use of a photosensitive poly(vinyl chloride)/spirobenzopyran composite membrane. The photoinduced potential of the composite membrane-coated electrode depended on the immuno reaction on the electrode surface- The sensor can be used to determine anti-DNP/BSA over the concentration range of 1-14 7mu;g/ml.
