Abstract

We studied the CuCl microcavity designed for the enhancement of the biexciton-photon coupling, in terms of spectrally resolved four-wave mixing. We observed the strong dependence of the spectrum on the polarization of the pump pulses and the polarization correlation between the pump pulses and the four-wave mixing signal, suggesting that the biexciton state is successfully formed in the CuCl microcavity.
