Abstract

A zinc porphyrin dimer, in which two porphyrin moieties were linked with an optically active (1R,2R)-trans-1,2-bis(aklylamide)cyclohexane unit, was incorporated into nanoscale fibers made of organogelators and the fluorescence quenching of zinc porphyrin moieties was diminished by the incorporation.
