Abstract

Na₂W4O₁₃ with a layered structure possessed an energy gap between those of bulky WO₃ and polyacid [Si(W₃O₁₀)₄]^4- photocatalysts and was active for photocatalytic hydrogen and oxygen evolution reactions in the presence of sacrificial reagents.
