Photo-induced voltage in perforated metal-dielectric-metal multilayer structure

Abstract

We investigated photo-induced voltage across perforated metal-dielectric-metal layered structure in experimental and numerical manner. Reversal of the sign of the induced voltage revealed negative direction of energy flow at the negative refractive index frequency.
