Abstract

For the method of phase transfer catalysis oxidation to synthesize p-nitrberzoic acid, a series of factors are reviewed in detail.The catalysis effect of HDTBP is the best .The yield is 76.6% .A-1 is a good catalyst that is cheaper than HDTBP, and its yield is 74.3% which is 17.2% higher than that of in literature. The fact that potassium permanganate's decomposition hampered its oxidation to organic substrate has been discovered, so the reaction should be done in neutral medium.
