Phase detection of high frequency carrier type thin film sensor

Abstract

In this paper we fabricated a phase detection circuit using a printed circuit board. The phase of the carrier signal was dramatically changed about 180 degrees around carrier suppression. This technique can be applied for very high sensitive magnetic field measurements.
