Permeability in PLD-made Mn-Zn ferrite thin films by low-temperature process

Abstract

The magnetic permeability in Mn-Zn ferrite thin films was investigated. The ferrite films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method using a low temperature process. The potential of the ferrite films applied to GHz magnetic devices was also examined. The results showed that the soft ferrite thin films were applicable at the frequency range upto 1 GHz.
