Abstract

Design and characteristics of miniaturized devices of machine-made magnetic cloth are discussed. The method of optimizing the size of the amorphous fibers and conductive fibers is explained. An inductor with quality factor Q approximately equals 20 and inductance per unit volume L//d greater than 10 mu H/mm**3 was realized.
