Optimum phase-matched terahertz-wave generation of BNA-DFG

Abstract

We calculated wideband refractive index of BNA crystal and established the optimum phase-matched condition of DFG configuration. Terahertz generation ranges had expanded from 0.1 to 20THz, the maximum output power obtained was ten times.
