Abstract

A rich spectrum of all-optical NMR for the three spin-3/2 nuclei of the GaAs host was derived based on the strong nuclear effects in a (110) quantum well (QW). By using QW electrons to resonantly depolarize nuclear spin, the nuclear excitation was focused to the 7.5 nm wide QW layer.
