Abstract

We report a novel one-pot chemical synthesis of zinc antimonide (ZnSb) nanoparticles (NPs) via the sequential reduction of metal precursors and subsequent compositional redistribution. Chemically synthesized ZnSb NPs are expected to be promising building blocks for nanostructured thermoelectric materials.
