Observation of terahertz resonant absorption in graphene micro-ribbon arrays

Abstract

We designed and fabricated an epitaxially-grown graphene micro-ribbon array with 2.8-μm ribbon width, which revealed absorption peaks in the terahertz frequency range with a fundamental frequency of ∼270 GHz.
