Abstract
The Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation including random on-site energy is solved on a N x N square-lattice for both s-and dx2-y2-wave superconductors, using a numerical diagonalization technique. The density of states and the distribution of the gap parameters are presented for various intensities of the random potential.
