Abstract
We study the time-resolved resonant secondary emission spectra of CuCl quantum dots in a NaCl matrix under two-photon excitation. The emission is clearly decomposed into the luminescence and scattering components by means of their temporal behavior. By analyzing the obtained results, we show that the dephasing process of the confined exciton has a considerably long correlation time, indicating that the system obeys characteristic non-Markovian relaxation.
