Abstract
Based on the Debye-Griineisen model, thermal vibration effects are introduced into the non-empirical calculation of the phase stability of the InP-InSb system. The resultant phase diagram indicates that the thermal vibration effects stabilize a solid solution. Details of the effects on the phase stability are discussed.
