From the NMR shift, KSPIN and nuclear relaxation time, T1 of Cu-NQR/NMR in Sr14Cu24O41, the energy gaps in the spin excitation spectrum are confirmed in the both Cu chain and ladder site. Doping effects by substitution of Sr by Ca and Y are also investigated.
