Abstract

A new strategy for convergent synthesis of trans-fused polyethers based on palladium(0)-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of alkylboranes with cyclic enol triflates has been developed. The present method allows to construct polyether frameworks rapidly and efficiently.
