Neutron scattering studies of Ce(Zn1-xCux)2

Abstract

Neutron quasi-elastic scattering studies and susceptibility measurements of Ce(Zn1-xCux)2 with x=0, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2 and 0.25 are reported. While the Néel temperature falls rapidly with increasing x and no ordering appears around x = 0.2, the line width of the quasi-elastic scattering remains constant.
