Nano-scaled anisotropic superconductors

Abstract

We have investigated the superconducting state of the nano-sized anisotropic superconductors. Solving the Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation for tight binding model with attractive interaction for electrons, we obtained stable superconducting symmetry. When shape of the square superconductor is diagonal to the crystal axis, the superconducting symmetry is changed in the whole of the superconductor.
