N2 - We proposed on-chip spatiotemporal fluorescence sensing for monitoring interactions between cells and environment. As a demonstration, Spatiotemporal variation of Calcium ion was measured and during transformation of octacalcium phosphate (OCP) to hydroxyl apatite (HA) in the microfluidic chip.
