Abstract
The fabrication of a high-efficiency, high nonlinearity, polarization maintaining ytterium doped holey fiber laser was described. The fiber was produced by the capillary stacking technique. The laser wavelength was tuned by changing the radio frequency (RF). The modelocked operation was obtained in the wavelength range from 1030 to 1050 nm.
