Abstract

Recent progress in circuit design techniques for SiGe BiCMOS MMICs in microwave and millimeter-wave region are presented. The effectiveness of low-power MMIC design techniques and slow-wave transmission line design technique were confirmed through the measurements using fabrice ted chips.
