Abstract

A varactor tunable oscillator with a ″GMO″ diode, a directional coupler, a circulator and a mixer are fabricated in hybrid integrated circuits. The substrates are alumina and alumina-ferrite composite. Frequency and power of the transmitted wave are 10. 525 GHz and about 20 mw, respectively. Electronic tuning range of over 30 MHz and sensitivity of minus 105 dbm are obtained. References to English-language sources are in English.
