N2 - This paper reports the evaluation results of Young's modulus of single Yeast cell (BY4741). We compared the Young's modulus of wild type and mutant type (ΔCCW12) using our constructed system. The system consists of a robot integrated microfluidic chip and a microscope with an optical tweezers system. The Young's modulus is measured by compressing the cell and measuring cellular reactive force. We succeeded in measuring wild type cells and mutant cells and compared their difference.
