Magnetoresistance oscillations in double ferromagnetic tunnel junctions with layered ferromagnetic nanoparticles

Abstract

The spin-dependent electron transport through ferromagnetic nanoparticles was studied. Tunneling resistance was measured by a dc-fourterminal method as a function of the bias voltage and of the magnetic field. Out-of-phase oscillations were observed that lead to the magnetoresistance oscillations.
