Magnetoresistance of patterned films deposited by powder jet using Fe 3O4 nanoparticles

Abstract

The magnetoresistance ratio of the magnetite film by PJD method using 200-500 nm particle showed about -1.2% and the I- V curve did non-linearity, which probably shows that the transport properties was caused by tunneling between particles. The film by mixture of 200-500 nm and 20-30 nm particles showed the nearly intrinsic properties, which 200-500 nm particle assisted the formation of rigid polycrystalline stack.
